These Terms & Conditions apply to the Bulkify website www.getbulkify.in and to every Bulkify product and licence bought from it. By using the website or buying a licence, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Bulkify is a software product owned by Sanvedana Child Foundation, a registered Section 8 company (non-profit) based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The product is developed, operated and supported on behalf of the foundation by its technology partner, Lionic Digital. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Bulkify” mean Sanvedana Child Foundation (and Lionic Digital acting for it); “you” means the person or business using the website or a Bulkify product.

The profit from Bulkify licences supports the foundation’s work for children — sweets for children, child education and growth, and care for children fighting cancer. A licence purchase is a payment for software; it is not a donation.

2. Products

• Bulkify WhatsApp Marketing CRM — software to manage contacts, campaigns and replies on WhatsApp, sold as yearly plans (Basic / Advanced) with one-time product training.
• Bulkify Maps Extractor — a Google Chrome extension that collects publicly listed business details from Google Maps, sold as a 1-year licence per computer.

Product features, prices and offers are described on the product pages. We may update features or prices from time to time. The price shown at the time of payment applies to that purchase.

3. Licence

• A licence gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product for the period bought (normally 1 year) on the number of computers bought.
• The licence key is for your business only. Sharing, reselling, copying, reverse-engineering or bypassing the licence system is not allowed.
• Licences renew only when you pay for a new period. When a licence expires, the product stops working until it is renewed.

4. Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Online payments are collected by Sanvedana Child Foundation through Razorpay using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details. After a successful payment you receive a payment receipt by email. Applicable taxes, if any, are charged as per Indian law.

5. Delivery and setup

Bulkify products are delivered online. On the same day we receive your payment, our team contacts you, does the one-time setup and configuration of your licence on your computer and gives you a short live demo. Details are in our Delivery Policy.

6. Acceptable use

• You are responsible for how you use Bulkify and the data you work with. You must follow all applicable laws (including the Information Technology Act and data-protection rules in India) and the terms of the third-party platforms you use, such as WhatsApp and Google.
• Do not use Bulkify to send spam, fraud, abusive or illegal content, or to contact people who have asked not to be contacted.
• We may suspend or cancel a licence, without refund, if it is clearly misused or used against these terms.

7. Third-party platforms

Bulkify works with services we do not control (for example WhatsApp, Google Maps and Google Chrome). Changes or restrictions made by those services can affect how the product works. We will try to update the product, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to any third-party platform.

8. Support

Setup help and support are given on WhatsApp, phone and email during working hours (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST, except public holidays).

9. Refunds

Once the one-time setup and configuration is done on your computer, the payment is non-refundable. Please clear all your questions before you pay. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

Bulkify is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product’s current licence period. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of business, profit or data, or for actions taken by third-party platforms on your accounts.

11. Intellectual property

The Bulkify name, logo, software, website content and design belong to Sanvedana Child Foundation and its technology partner. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
