This Privacy Policy explains how Bulkify, a product of Sanvedana Child Foundation (a registered Section 8 company (non-profit), Ahmedabad, Gujarat), developed and managed by Lionic Digital, collects and uses your information when you use www.getbulkify.in or a Bulkify product.

1. Information we collect

• Details you give us in enquiry, licence-request and payment forms: name, business name, mobile / WhatsApp number, email address, city, number of computers and any message you write.
• Payment details: the amount, product, and the payment / order reference returned by Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay’s secure page and are never stored by us.
• Licence details: your licence key, plan, expiry date and basic information about the computers where the licence is activated (such as a device identifier and last-active time) so that we can manage the number of allowed computers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security (spam and fraud protection) and basic website analytics (Google Analytics).

2. Data you collect with Bulkify

Leads collected with Bulkify Maps Extractor are stored only inside Google Chrome on your own computer. Contacts and campaign data in the WhatsApp CRM stay in your own workspace. We do not sell, read or reuse this data. You are responsible for using it lawfully.

3. How we use your information

• To reply to enquiries, verify payments, issue and manage licence keys, and give setup help and support.
• To send receipts, licence emails, renewal reminders and important product updates.
• To protect the website and our customers from spam, fraud and misuse.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run Bulkify — Razorpay (payments), our email and hosting providers, and Google Analytics — and when required by law. Our technology partner Lionic Digital accesses this information only to operate and support Bulkify for Sanvedana Child Foundation.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep forms and the admin area secure, and analytics cookies to understand website traffic. You can block cookies in your browser; some forms may not work without them.

6. Data retention and security

We keep enquiry, payment and licence records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting requirements. Data is stored on secure servers with HTTPS, restricted admin access with two-step login, and activity logs.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you messages, by contacting us below. Some records (such as payment records) may need to be kept for legal reasons.
