Delivery Policy

Bulkify sells digital software licences only. Everything happens online — nothing is shipped to you and there are no delivery charges.

1. How delivery works

• Payment — you pay securely through Razorpay and receive a payment receipt by email right away.
• We contact you the same day — on the same day we receive your payment, our team contacts you on call / WhatsApp.
• Setup & configuration — our team creates your licence key (normally valid for 1 year) for the number of computers you bought, and does the one-time setup and configuration on your computer.
• Live demo — we run one live demo for you (for Bulkify Maps Extractor, a live run that collects 10 leads) so you can see exactly how it works.
• You are ready — after the demo you can use and manage Bulkify on your own. Help is always available on WhatsApp.

2. Delivery time

Setup is done on the same day as your payment during working hours — Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST, except public holidays. Payments received after working hours or on a holiday are set up on the next working day. If you prefer another time, we schedule the setup at a time that suits you.

3. Your contact details

Your licence key and setup details are sent to the email address and mobile / WhatsApp number you give at payment. Please check these carefully. If we have not contacted you by the end of the next working day, please contact us with your receipt number.

4. If delivery is not possible

If, for a reason on our side, we are unable to set up and deliver your licence, you receive a full refund as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
