Refund & Cancellation Policy

Bulkify products are digital software licences sold by Sanvedana Child Foundation and delivered by its technology partner Lionic Digital. Please read this policy carefully before you pay.

1. Ask your questions before you pay

We are happy to explain features, show the product and answer every question on WhatsApp or a call before you buy. Please make sure the product fits your need, your computer and your budget before you make the payment.

2. No refund after setup and configuration

On the same day we receive your payment, our team creates your licence key and does the one-time setup and configuration on your computer. After this is done, the licence is delivered and the payment is non-refundable — including if you stop using the product, change your mind, or no longer need it.

3. Cancellation before setup

If you want to cancel, tell us before the setup and configuration is done on your computer. In that case we cancel the order and refund the full amount.

4. When we will refund

• Duplicate or extra payment: if you were charged twice for the same order, or more than the price shown at checkout, the extra amount is refunded.
• We could not deliver: if, for a reason on our side, we are unable to set up and deliver your licence at all, the full amount is refunded.

5. Failed payments

If money was deducted but the payment failed or was not confirmed, it is normally returned automatically by your bank / Razorpay. If it does not reach you within 7 working days, send us your payment reference and we will follow up.

6. Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. The time for the money to reach your account depends on your bank or payment app.

7. Renewals

Licences do not renew automatically — you are charged only when you choose to renew for the next year. The same rules apply to every renewal.
